ABOUT FORTIFIED WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP
The Fortified Women's Fellowship is a community of women dedicated to empowering each other through faith, sisterhood, and personal growth. Our vision is to create a safe space where women of all walks of life can come together, share their journeys, and be strengthened in their faith.
Our goal is to see women FORTIFIED in every area of their lives: fortified faith, fortified families, fortified friendships, and fortified finances. We believe that when women are strong in these areas, they can navigate life’s challenges with boldness, knowing they have the support of their friends and sisterhood to walk alongside them through every obstacle.
We are committed to helping women build deeper relationships with God, cultivating authentic friendships, and developing life skills that promote spiritual and personal well-being.
Our goal is to host the Fortified Friendships Women's Luncheon, a special event where women of all walks of life gather to celebrate and honor the God-ordained friends in their lives. This luncheon serves as an opportunity for women to worship God corporately, strengthen and deepen their connections with one another, share meaningful experiences, and build lasting memories. It is a time for women to reflect on the importance of authentic friendships and the power of community.
Together, we are more than a group; we are a fortified sisterhood, united in faith, strength, and grace.

Terri K Chester
Director
Terri K. Chester is the Founder and Visionary of Fortified Women’s Fellowship, where she serves as Director and provides strategic oversight for all departments, including oversight of the leadership team. Terri is responsible for casting and stewarding the organization’s vision, ensuring that every initiative, event, and outreach reflects the organization's mission to fortify women in their faith, families, friendships, and finances. With a strong sense of purpose and direction, Terri leads with excellence—guiding team leaders, fostering unity, and cultivating a collaborative environment. Under her leadership, Fortified Women’s Fellowship continues to grow in impact, purpose, and effectiveness.
Emma L Lacy
Media and Communications Coordinator
Emma oversees all development and implementation of media and communications strategies for the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
Emma leads the media team—consisting of videographers, photographers, and editors—while managing all audio and visual production needs for events, online broadcasts, and video projects.
Ms. Lacy works closely with department leaders to support communication goals. She also maintains a strong digital presence and organizes and archives all media for Fortified Women's Fellowship.
Paula Ashford
Donations Coordinator
Paula oversees all donor communications, sponsorship negotiations and all planning and executing of donor outreach initiatives. She strategically cultivates partnerships with local businesses and secures all contributions in alignment with Fortified Women's Fellowship mission and event objectives.
Karen Willis
Coordinator of Intercession
Our Lead Intercession Coordinator, Karen Willis, is responsible for covering the organization in consistent, strategic prayer. She oversees the development of organizations prayer targets, including specific intercession targets for each team area. The coordinator works closely with Director to align prayer with specific needs, focuses, and event-related requests. She oversees and maintains the rotation schedule for the prayer team, and provides spiritual covering before and during the women’s events.
\With a heart for intercession and discernment, she ensures that prayer remains the foundation and guiding force behind every aspect of Fortified Women's Fellowship.
Pamela Antoine
Atmosphere and Aesthetics Coordinator
Pamela oversees all visual design aesthetics and decorative elements of every event hosted by Fortified Woman's Fellowship. She ensures the overall atmosphere is elegant, cohesive, and aligned with the organization’s theme and brand. Pamela is responsible for creating memorable environments that enhance the guest experience and reflect the vision of the event.
