ABOUT FORTIFIED WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP
Equipping women to build fortified lives through practical teaching, application of God's Word, authentic fellowship, and Christ-centered relationships that provide strength, encouragement, accountability, and support through every season of life.
Our vision is to see women live FORTIFIED lives—walking in Fortified Faith, Fortified Fellowship, Fortified Families, Fortified Friendships, and Fortified Finances.
To be fortified means to be made strong, securely reinforced, and fully protected against attacks. We believe that Jesus Christ is the foundation of a fortified life. Just as Jesus taught in Matthew 7:24–25 (NIV), "Therefore anyone who hears these sayings of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who builds (fortifies) his house on the rock. The rain came down and the floods rose, and the winds beat and beat against that house; BUT IT DID NOT FALL, because it had its foundation (fortified) on the rock."
In the same way, we believe that when a woman's life is firmly founded on Jesus, her faith becomes unshakable. That fortified faith strengthens every other area of her life—deepening her fellowship with other believers, strengthening her family, cultivating healthy friendships, and equipping her to steward her finances with wisdom, integrity, and purpose.
Our desire is to help women build lives that are firmly rooted in Jesus Christ so they are prepared to withstand life's storms, overcome every challenge, and confidently fulfill the purpose He has called them to. A woman whose life is fortified in Christ is not easily shaken, because her foundation is secure.

Director
Terri K. Chester is the Founder and Visionary of Fortified Women’s Fellowship, where she serves as Director and provides strategic oversight for all departments, including oversight of the leadership team. Terri is responsible for casting and stewarding the organization’s vision, ensuring that every initiative, event, and outreach reflects the organization's mission to fortify women in their faith, families, friendships, and finances. With a strong sense of purpose and direction, Terri leads with excellence, guiding team leaders, fostering unity, and cultivating a collaborative environment. Under her leadership, Fortified Women’s Fellowship continues to grow in impact, purpose, and effectiveness.
Emma L Lacy
Media and Communications Coordinator
Emma oversees all development and implementation of media and communications strategies for the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
Emma leads the media team—consisting of videographers, photographers, and editors—while managing all audio and visual production needs for events, online broadcasts, and video projects.
Ms. Lacy works closely with department leaders to support communication goals. She also maintains a strong digital presence and organizes and archives all media for Fortified Women's Fellowship.
Paula Ashford
Donations Coordinator
Paula oversees all donor communications, sponsorships, and all planning and executing of donor outreach initiatives.
She strategically cultivates partnerships with local businesses and secures all contributions in alignment with Fortified Women's Fellowship mission and event objectives.
Pamela Antoine
Atmosphere and Aesthetics Coordinator
Pamela oversees all visual design aesthetics and decorative elements of every event hosted by Fortified Woman's Fellowship. She ensures the overall atmosphere is elegant, cohesive, and aligned with the organization’s theme and brand.
Pamela is responsible for creating memorable environments that enhance the guest experience and reflect the vision of the event.
